Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Yeah, got it. Now, how about lunch? We think it's the most impossible. By eating out, you face an expensive, potentially bloating waste of an hour. Bring your lunch and dine on a hastily constructed sandwich, made soggy from too much tomato. In either case, the caloric chaos is a likely risk.

Beware of the person who runs this site. She writes cruel stuff about her competitors on the web and has ruined a nice mother's business (http://community.livejournal.com/bentolunch/1178558.html?page=2).

She claims she doesn't make money off of her site (she says $20 a month), but she's really making a small fortune on advertising (http://lunchinabox.net/advertise/).

Her recipes are full of fat. She makes gross things like eggs surrounded by potato salad (http://lunchinabox.net/2007/03/01/leftover-remake-potato-salad-scotch-egg/). No wonder her nickname is Biggie :P
