Sequels have a tough row to hoe. For every brilliant "Godfather II," there are twenty films of the likes of "Teen Wolf Too." Following up a beloved flick with a quality sequel is darn near impossible. However, "Grease 2" presents an interesting (and somewhat puzzling) case. While the box-office flop lacked the original's star power and memorable songbook, it's become something of a cult hit on its own. Hopelessly devoted to the cool riders of the critically-scorned sequel, this site indulges in all sorts of "Grease 2" minutiae. Detailed information about the actors, story, and, of course, the songs will score tonight with "Grease" fanatics. Even more impressive, the collection of memorabilia, cast interviews, and regular news updates delve deep into the universe of Rydell High. So slip on your Pink Ladies jacket and jump in to this site sworn to an underrated sequel.

For fiscally challenged filmmakers, transforming a tacky story into something compelling requires fearlessness and resourcefulness. If the production goes smoothly (which is no guarantee), they may end up with a camp classic. If not, it's "Hello, Mystery Science Theater 3000." These films, known as B-Movies, make up an underappreciated genre in Hollywood. B-Movie Central is the place to "B" for reviews and articles on every b-draggled, b-guiling, or b-musing movie from The Brain that Wouldn't Die to Santa Claus Conquers the Martians. With so much studio money thrown away on high-price bombs (we're looking at you, Pluto Nash), here's a site that shows some love to a rougher, tougher, and braver breed of auteur.

They may never receive top billing or even utter a lick of dialogue, but make no mistake, their screen presence is definitely felt. Ever comely, often badass, yet woefully underappreciated, these "scream queens" are the hard-working actresses who, perhaps through a twist of typecasting and poor choices, have never attained A-list status. Among the familiar B-listers are a foxy Pam Grier, one bodacious Mistress of the Dark, a magic-lasso wielding Amazon, and Charlie's hottest angel, Tanya Roberts. International favorites include Chelo Alonso, Asia Argento, Kumi Mizuno, and Laura Gemser. Sure, some of their roles were regrettable, and it's hard to be taken seriously when your most bankable asset is often gratuitously, and rarely tastefully, revealed. Yet despite the odds, some ex-scream queens have broken rank. Thanks to an Oscar win and X-Men fame, you'll never wonder again, Hu's that girl?

The '80s kid flick The Goonies inspired a rabid cult following, and two fans, Ron Fugelseth and Patrick Radcliff, have taken their love of the feel-good film to the road. The duo headed off to the small town of Astoria, Oregon, where much of the movie was filmed. The result is about 15 minutes of slickly edited footage following the guys around town. This short movie features Goonies scenes and recreations, with the buddies cleverly inserting themselves into the action. Especially touching is the emotional moment when they gaze upon the original Goonies house. For die-hard fans, there are more details about the locations such as the Clatsop County Jail, Ecola State Park, and Goat Rock State Beach in California, where the triumphant final scene was shot.
